I have a jacket and the hood blows down when there is wind. I cannot send it back…?
I got it a year ago and today there was a lot of wind and the hood blew off my head constantly. It is a jacket made for skiing I think, very warm even when it is very cold outside, but the hood blows down and I have to put it up and there is no string to tie and tighten it. Am I missing something? How do I keep the hood up?
That’s why I said I can’t send it back. Can you tell me how to keep the hood up?
i never seen a hoody without string but you cannot return things after a year to anywhere, I have had stuff for a day and returned them and get told off
