Got rqst for approval of someone who signed up for group, but grp shows no requests pending. What gives?
I tried posting the question to Moderators Central, which I joined for that purpose, but when I clicked on Start a new thread, I got a message saying “The page you are trying to access is available only to group moderators” (showing right above the line that says “You’re a member” [or Moderator Central]).
OK, so Moderators Central is useless for getting the answer to my question. What is the answer? Why am I told to go approve a subscription request and then told there are no requests pending?
